Reports
The Reports area shows ready-made analytics dashboards about your workspace. The dashboards are built with Metabase and embedded in MonoChat, so you read them without leaving the app or signing in anywhere else.
Where to find it
Click Reports (pie chart icon) in the main menu. Each dashboard opens in its own tab inside the area.
On MonoChat Cloud the area has two dashboards:

| Message and Customer Reports | Your message traffic and your customers. |
| Template Message Reports | The WhatsApp template messages you send. |
Dedicated installations can have a different set of dashboards; the tabs always show what is configured for your installation.
What you see
- Every dashboard is filtered to your workspace. Data from other workspaces never appears.
- Use the filters and date pickers inside a dashboard to narrow it down, and hover over a chart for its values.
- The embedded view is valid for one hour. If a dashboard stops responding after a long time, reload the page.
Who can see it
The Reports menu item appears only for users whose role has the Read reports for tenants permission. See Roles.
Tips
- For a quick daily overview, use the Dashboard instead; Reports is meant for deeper analysis.
- To follow a single bulk send recipient by recipient, use Bulk Messages.
