Managing Extra Packages

Overview

The Extra Packages management screen in MonoChat allows businesses to purchase bulk messaging packages. These packages, referred to as "Extra Packages," offer a more cost-effective way to send messages compared to the unit prices defined in the subscription plans. Businesses can manage and track their extra packages from this screen.

Accessing the Extra Packages Management

  1. Navigate to the Billing section from the main menu.
  2. Click on the Current Extra Plan tab.

Managing Your Extra Packages

Viewing Available Packages

The Current Extra Plan tab displays the available bulk messaging packages for your business. If no packages have been purchased yet, the screen will show "Not Found!".

Purchasing Extra Packages

To purchase a new extra package:

  1. Click on the Create button on the right-hand side.
  2. A list of available extra packages will be displayed.
  3. Select the desired package from the list.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase.

Tracking Usage

Once you have purchased extra packages, you can track their usage:

  1. The Current Extra Plan tab will show all the active extra packages.
  2. Each entry provides details about the package, such as the number of messages included and the remaining balance.
  3. You can also view the purchase date and the expiry date of each package.
