Managing Subscription Plans

Overview​

The Subscription Plan management screen in MonoChat allows businesses to manage their subscription plans effortlessly. Businesses can switch between different plans to find the most suitable one that fits their needs and budget. Additionally, businesses can track their historical subscription plans for reference and record-keeping.

Accessing the Subscription Plan Management​

  1. Navigate to the Billing section from the main menu.
  2. Click on the Current Subscription Plan tab.

Managing Your Subscription Plan​

Viewing Current Plan​

The Current Subscription Plan tab displays the active subscription plan for your business. Here you can see the plan's name, status, and the date it started.

Changing Subscription Plan​

To change your subscription plan:

  1. Click on the Create button on the right-hand side.
  2. A list of available subscription plans will be displayed.
  3. Select the desired subscription plan from the list.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and activate the new plan.

Viewing Historical Plans​

You can also view the historical subscription plans that your business has used:

  1. In the Current Subscription Plan tab, you will find a history of previously used plans.
  2. Each entry shows the name of the plan, its status (e.g., active, expired), and the dates it was active.
