Managing Account Balances

MonoChat allows businesses to maintain a balance for various services, ensuring uninterrupted access to features like WhatsApp messaging, monthly subscriptions, and usage-based fees. By keeping your balance topped up, you can avoid any service disruptions.

Adding Funds to Your Balance

  1. Navigate to Billing:
    • Go to the Billing section under Settings in the MonoChat admin panel.

  1. View Balances:

    • Under the "Balances" tab, you can see the current balance for different currencies such as EUR, USD, and TRY.
  2. Deposit Funds:

    • Click on the "+ Deposit to Balance" button to add funds to your balance.
    • Enter the amount and select the currency.
  3. Enter Payment Details:

    • Although the payment details are not mandatory, filling out the form helps keep more detailed records.
    • Provide information such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Address, City, Country, and Post Code.
  4. Save:

    • Click on the "Save" button to complete the deposit process.

Managing Balances

  • Monitor Balances:

    • Regularly check the balance to ensure there are sufficient funds for ongoing services.
    • The balance is used for various charges like WhatsApp Business API Meta message fees, monthly subscription fees, and any usage overages.

By maintaining a positive balance, businesses can ensure continuous access to all MonoChat services without interruptions. This proactive approach to balance management helps in avoiding any potential disruptions and ensures smooth operations.
