Partner Plans

Overview

The Partner Plans management screen in MonoChat allows businesses to manage their partner plans effectively. Partner plans offer businesses additional benefits and features to enhance their collaboration and partnership capabilities. Additionally, businesses can track their historical partner plans for reference and record-keeping.

Accessing the Partner Plans Management

  1. Navigate to the Partner section from the Settings.
  2. Click on the Partner Plans tab.

Managing Your Partner Plans

Viewing Current Plan

The Partner Plans tab displays the active partner plan for your business. Here you can see the plan's name, status, and the date it started.

Changing Partner Plan

To change your partner plan:

  1. Click on the Change Plan button located on the right-hand side.
  2. A list of available partner plans will be displayed.
  3. Select the desired partner plan from the list.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and activate the new plan.

Viewing Historical Plans

You can also view the historical partner plans that your business has used:

  1. Within the Partner Plans tab, you will find a history of previously used plans.
  2. Each entry shows the name of the plan, its status (e.g., active, expired), and the dates it was active.
