Extra Packages
Overview
The Extra Packages management screen in MonoChat allows businesses to easily manage and purchase additional packages to enhance their subscription. Extra packages provide additional features or capacity beyond the standard subscription plans, helping businesses tailor their service to their specific needs.
Accessing the Extra Packages Management
- Navigate to the Partner section from the Settings.
- Click on the Extra Packages tab.

Managing Your Extra Packages
Viewing Current Packages
The Extra Packages tab displays all currently active extra packages associated with your account. Here you can see each package's name, status, and the date it was added.
Adding Extra Packages
To add a new extra package:
- Click on the Add Package button located on the right-hand side.
- A list of available extra packages will be displayed.
- Select the desired package from the list.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and purchase the new package.
Viewing Package History
To view the history of extra packages:
- Within the Extra Packages tab, you will find a section detailing previously added packages.
- Each entry includes the package's name, status (e.g., active, expired), and the dates during which it was active.
