To access this module, in the side navigation menu > click CRM

Filtering Table
There is an area on the left side of the screen where you can filter all the people who have previously communicated with your business using certain fields. Some of these fields are available by default in the system, while others consist of profile fields that you configure specifically for your business.
Tags
Inside the tags section, there are some tags that the system assigns by default in conversaiton. The tags entered by the user during the conversation will also be listed here. You can filter your contacts by searching through tags, selecting between existing tags and setting the conditions of the tags.
Users
All users in the system are listed here. You can filter the people assigned to it by selecting among the users. You can filter the contacts on a single user or you can filter by making multiple selections.
Created at & Update date
Created at: Created at filter, will filter based on the date the person first registered to the system.
Update date: Update date filter, will filter based on the last conversation/ update date of the person.
Profile Fields
All of the profile fields are fields that you can open specifically for your business and can be filled in by users during the conversation, or automatically filled in by the chat bot. All active profile fields are listed on this screen and you can filter the fields according to the values you enter.

In addition, in order to use the filters you have applied later, you can click on the Save Filter
button on the top right of the screen and save your filter by giving it the name you want.
Contacts Table
In the main part of the screen you can view the contacts listed according to the filtering you have applied.
Overview
You can search for these contacts by first name, last name and phone number. If you wish, you can sort the list according to these fields and change the order. By default, first name, last name, created at, assigned user and date of assignment fields can be displayed on the screen.
You can select and batch edit the contacts by clicking on the boxes on the left side. You can also send broadcast messages to the selected contacts.

You can also go to the details of the person with the Arrow
button on the right side or view the messages of the relevant person with the Message
button.
Adding fields
You can customize the fields in the contacts table in the main part of the screen according to the filters you have applied. For this, you can click on Fields
on the top right side. This field will list all the fields you can add. You can edit your table by choosing between the fields you want to add.
Export
You can choose either Excel or CSV formats to export your filtered and edited table from the system. To export your table, click the Export
button at the top right of the screen and select the desired format.
