Working Hours

The Working Hours Management screen allows businesses to set and manage their operational hours. This ensures that the MonoChat platform operates within the defined working times, enhancing customer interactions and managing team availability efficiently.

Overview

The Working Hours Management screen consists of the following elements:

  • Day List: Displays all the days of the week.
  • Create Button: Allows the user to add new working hours for each day.
  • Day Status: Each day has a toggle to activate or deactivate the working hours.
  • Edit and Delete Icons: Icons next to each day to edit or delete the working hours.

Steps to Configure Working Hours

  1. Access Working Hours Management: Navigate to Settings > Team > Working Hours.
  2. View Existing Working Hours: All days of the week are listed, showing their current working hours if already set.

Editing Working Hours

  1. Click on the Edit icon next to the day you want to modify.
  2. Update Times: Adjust the start and end times as necessary.
  3. Click Save to update the working hours.

Deactivating Working Hours

  1. Toggle Off: Switch the toggle next to the day to deactivate the working hours. This will grey out the times and disable the operations for that day.

Activating Working Hours

  1. Toggle On: Switch the toggle next to the day to activate the working hours. Ensure that the times are correctly set for operational purposes.

Deleting Working Hours

  1. Click on the Delete icon next to the day to remove the working hours configuration for that day.
  2. Confirm the deletion if prompted.

This setup helps in defining clear operational hours for the business, ensuring that the platform is responsive and available during set times, and managing team workloads effectively.
