MonoChat Pricing Overview

MonoChat offers a subscription-based pricing model with two main components: the Subscription Plan and the Support Plan. Here's an overview of how our pricing structure works:

Subscription Plan

The Subscription Plan is designed to accommodate the size of your team and the number of channels you connect. It operates on a monthly or yearly basis, with charges deducted from your account balance. The plan includes different units such as agents, messages, channels, and workgroups, each categorized into tiers. For example:

  • Tier 1: 0-1000 messages: $0/message
  • Tier 2: 1001-10,000 messages: $0.003/message

If your message count exceeds the highest tier, you will be charged according to extra packages or overage rates. These extra charges are also deducted from your balance. Not all plans allow for overages; in such cases, messages cannot be sent once the plan's limit is reached.

Support Plan

MonoChat's Support Plan offers various levels of support to meet your business needs. Charges are applied monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan, and are deducted from your account balance. The support plan you select determines the SLA duration, support method, and the level of priority and dedicated service you receive.

Extra Packages

To manage consumable assets more cost-effectively, MonoChat provides Extra Packages. These packages allow for bulk purchases, such as buying 10,000 messages at a discounted rate. The use of extra packages helps avoid higher overage fees. When sending messages, the following steps are taken:

  1. Subscription Plan Tier: If a suitable tier is available, messages are sent without additional charges.
  2. Extra Package Check: If the plan's tiers are exhausted, the system checks for available extra packages. If found, messages are sent from this package, decreasing the remaining message count.
  3. Overage Charges: If no extra packages are available, the applicable overage rates from the plan are charged.
  4. Overage Permissions: If overages are not permitted in the plan, message sending is restricted once the limit is reached.

Payment and Billing

Every business on MonoChat maintains an account balance, from which all charges are deducted. This includes fees for MonoChat services as well as charges from external providers like Meta. The unified billing system simplifies the management of expenses, ensuring all payments are consolidated into a single balance.
