GupShup Pricing

GupShup offers a message-based pricing policy as a Solution Partner. If you choose to use GupShup, you will be charged per message up to a maximum limit. Once this limit is reached, additional messages will not be charged. Below, we provide an overview of the key aspects of GupShup's pricing model.

Message-Based Pricing

GupShup's pricing is based on the number of messages sent. The cost per message will be deducted from your balance until a predefined maximum limit is reached. After reaching this limit, no further charges will be applied for additional messages.

Onboarding and Payment

If you complete the onboarding process through MonoChat, you will pay the message-based fees to us. If you choose to onboard directly with GupShup, you will pay according to the terms you have agreed upon with them. The same applies to Meta; if the onboarding is done through MonoChat, payments are made through us. Otherwise, payments are made to the platform where the onboarding was completed. We support both methods, allowing you flexibility in choosing your onboarding process.
