TikTok: MonoChat follows TikTok's messaging limits in every TikTok conversation. Above the message box, the chat shows how many messages are left and until when, and the message box closes at the limit until the customer writes. Flows and bulk messages do not send past the limit and show the reason. See TikTok messaging limits.
Support Reply Emails: once a day at 09:00 in the workspace's time zone, you get an email with the replies from MonoChat support you have not read yet. The new Support Reply Emails notification setting turns it off. See Support reply emails.
Announcements from MonoChat show in the notice strip on the home page and in the mobile app, in your language. Some also arrive as a notification or an email, as your new Announcements from MonoChat notification setting allows. See Announcements from MonoChat.

Incoming messages no longer wait when another workspace receives a burst of message statuses or contact updates.
WhatsApp: an incoming photo, video or file no longer arrives empty or cut off after a retry, and a slow download no longer holds up the messages behind it.
Security: a payment system can be deleted only from its own workspace.
