Version 3.8.42

🔔 Changelog

🚀 v3.8.42

📅 November 2, 2026

Features

  • New-message notifications in the MonoChat mobile app carry a button: Reply answers the customer right from the notification when the conversation is assigned to you and the channel accepts a free-form message now, and Join the session joins a conversation that is no longer assigned to you. The buttons come with the app version that has them. See Replying from a mobile notification.

Bug Fixes

  • Flows: the start of a bot flow can be linked to more than one node again. See Flows.
