WhatsApp template status comes from Meta as it changes: approval, the rejection reason, pausing, quality and category changes show without a sync. The template list shows each template's Quality and can Unpause a paused template; a bulk message or flow step stops with a clear reason when its template is paused or disabled. WhatsApp marketing templates go out through Meta's Marketing Messages API once the account is onboarded to it. Customers who stop a business's marketing messages in WhatsApp no longer get its marketing templates. See Marketing templates on WhatsApp.
Flows: a Set Flow Variable node writes variables directly, and the Customer Tag Added and Customer Tag Removed event nodes start a flow when a customer's tags change. See Flows.
Telegram: quick replies, location and contact info requests are sent as keyboard buttons, and the typing indicator can be switched on in the channel settings. See Message Types.
Messenger and Instagram: between 24 hours and 7 days after the customer's last message only agents can reply, and their replies carry Meta's human agent tag.
