Ten new payment systems for payment links: Tabby and Tamara (instalments), Telr, PayTabs, Ziina, Tap, Mamo, HyperPay, Paymob and Midtrans. Connect them from the Payment Systems screen. See Payment Systems.
Twilio SMS channels can now be connected with an alphanumeric Sender ID or a Messaging Service, besides a phone number. Customers cannot reply to messages sent from a Sender ID. See Twilio SMS with a Sender ID or a Messaging Service.
Flows get a Remove Customer Tags action and a Customer Tag condition. Remove several tags at once by separating them with commas, and branch a flow on whether the customer has any of the given tags. See Flows.
WhatsApp order messages show the items, quantities, prices and total. Call permission replies read as "allowed calls" / "declined calls".

A tag a flow adds to a customer shows up right away when you filter conversations by tag.
Unsupported message types show the text and details that came with the message.

Some WhatsApp interactive messages, such as a single catalog product, did not reach the inbox. Fixed.
