Bulk operations are rebuilt. Bulk messages, customer import and export, profile field updates, assigning, closing and archiving conversations and AI document processing now run in parts, so large operations no longer slow the system down. The Bulk Operations tab shows each operation's progress and lets you stop or delete it. See Broadcast Messages and Bulk Messages.
New screens for bulk messages: a send list, send details with a preview and charts, and a recipient list.
Social sign-in on the mobile app.

Bulk message recipients given as a phone number are sent to the WhatsApp channel the number belongs to today.
Bulk assignment to a workgroup assigns conversations one by one without errors, even for large lists.

Customers updated by an import keep their tags, language, profile picture and spam flag.
The payment page did not open when adding balance in Safari. Fixed.
In Microsoft Edge, Yandex Browser and Samsung Internet some features, such as notifications, the page title and PDF previews, did not load. Fixed.
A document deleted from an AI source is no longer used in AI answers at all.
Bulk assignment to a workgroup with no available agent is now reported as an error.
Fixed errors that sometimes appeared with keyboard shortcuts, drawers, the conversation list and the message box.
