Create WhatsApp template messages in MonoChat. WhatsApp Business (Cloud) channels get a template builder under Settings › Chat › Channels › Template Messages › Create, with a live WhatsApp preview. It supports standard, media carousel, product carousel, limited-time offer, catalog, multi-product, single product, call permission request and one-time password templates, and every button type: quick reply, website, phone, coupon code, WhatsApp call, WhatsApp Flow and contact info request. Meta's rules are checked while you type, and a template can be duplicated or added in another language from the list. See Template Messages.
You can still create templates in Meta WhatsApp Manager; Sync brings them into MonoChat.

Connecting a channel starts from cards. The WhatsApp card opens the Cloud sign-up directly, with the contracts and the data region in the same drawer.
The MonoStore shows public apps, and installing an app asks for confirmation first.
Flash opens its viewer by itself, once per page load, when there is a story you have not seen.
Customers see the typing indicator while an AI Agent is working on a reply.
